Currently Kraft Heinz Direct has only certain items. As we grow and expand, our product portfolio available for online purchase will expand. We will inform our customers as new products become available on the website.
Once we receive your order, we will process your order and send it out for shipping. Please note, any order placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be eligible for next day delivery. All orders placed after 3pm Monday to Wednesday will be eligible for delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday or before 3pm Friday will deliver the following Monday. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or during the weekend are subject to delivery on the following Tuesday.
For all orders CAD $100 and above, shipping is free. For any order under CAD $100, the shipping fee will be order dependent, determined based on weight and volume.
No. Kraft Heinz Direct only ships products to the address on record with us. We currently do not offer pick up services. (Why come to us when we can come to you?)
When an order is placed on the Kraft Heinz Direct website, a hold will be put on your credit card. This will show as a pending transaction till the point the order is fulfilled and delivered. Once the order is delivered, the final transaction will reflect on your credit card statement. This charge may take 2-3 days to appear on your statement. In case of any transaction verification issues, we recommend you to please contact your financial institution.
